The pay ranges from 0 cents per task (Who would take that?) to $30 per task. Perhaps more. Some tasks are more involve than others. The tasks are called Hits, which you can accept and begin working right away. If your work is accepted, you’re paid. Your work could also be rejected so keep that in mind when selecting a task.

The shop pay has ranged from $8 to $25. Most of them didn’t require me to purchase anything. And if it did, such as the pizza ones, I was reimbursed. I’m pretty satisfied with IntelliShop because they are fair in the shop review and always pay on time. And every little bit of money adds up.

The main thing I like about Associated Content are the page view payments. Depending on how many articles you’ve published and how many page views you’ve accumlated so far (there’s an easy to understand formula), you’ll earn a certain amount per page view. If you write on interesting topics, write them with search engine optimization and are diligent about promoting your content, you can do pretty well with page view earnings. I’ve got about 180 articles on AC and usually make $40 a month in page views. Sometimes more. I rarely promote an article. I usually write it, submit it and forget it. Lol.

I figure I’ll start sharing how I’m already making extra income. One side work project I’ve been working with is ChaCha. I’ve been doing this since July 2008.

What is ChaCha? ChaCha is a free service where people text questions to 242242 or ask questions at ChaCha.com. On the other end are “guides” who answer the questions by looking up the info on their computer and send the answer back through ChaCha’s system to the person’s phone. When a person signs up as a guide, they are an independent contractor with the company. The best part of it is that you learn a lot of things as you search for answers for people. And you can log in and work whenever you want. You won’t get rich from working with ChaCha, but you can earn some extra spending money. It all depends on how much time you commit to signing in and working.
